Healthwatch Harrow has legal mandate under the provision of the Health and Social Care Act (2012) to be an independent voice for local people. We do this by speaking to you and collecting information about your experiences of using health and social care services. We then make recommendations to influence service changes or improvements in health and social care. Ultimately, we want to work with you to improve the quality of care you receive from different services in Harrow, both now and in the future.
We believe that Health and social care is better when the system involves people in decisions about their treatment and care. Healthwatch Harrow is here to make sure that health and social care providers listen to people's views and experiences and act on them. Find out more in the 'Your Voice Counts' document below.
