"Have your say! Make healthcare safer!"
We all expect our healthcare to be safe, but mistakes can happen that may put patients at unnecessary risk.
Have your say! Please fill out this short survey asking patients, carers, the public, and healthcare staff for their concerns and questions they would like to see answered about safe care for adults with complex health needs.
Please use either of the online survey links: https://imperial.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_55VATbyojCFdSYd or https://hlxc.uk/safer-healthcare
Those with complex health needs might have more than one condition or illness (for example, heart disease, learning disabilities, and depression), or need care from different teams, or need some of their care to be provided in their home.
The topics that you tell us about will be ranked through a further survey to identify those areas that are most important to research. The NIHR Imperial Patient Safety Translational Research Centre (Imperial PSTRC), who is running this survey with the James Lind Alliance, will do research in some of these areas and publicise the results to help make sure that future research answers the most important questions to help make care safer for adults with complex health needs. Please visit this website for more details.
If you would like paper copies of the survey (attached) and a free post envelopes sent to you, please contact Anna Lawrence-Jones firstname.lastname@example.org or 020 7594 3149. We also have posters available, if you would like to promote the survey in your local area. You can also add the below signature to your email to help promote the survey.
The survey closes on 16th February 2018.
