Harrow Palliative Care and End of Life Webinar
04/05/2022
A message from our colleagues at the NHS:
‘What does safe, equitable and excellent patient experience look like for people at the End of Life?’
We would like to invite anyone interested in services for people at the end of their lives to participate in a Public Webinar from 7pm to 8.30pm on Wednesday 11th May.
We would like to hear your views and questions about any aspects of services that are provided for people at the end of their life.
Anyone is welcome to attend. Whether you have cared for or known someone who has experienced care at the end of their lives in Harrow, or whether you are just interested in the subject.
Your views will help shape the care we develop for those at the end of their life in Harrow.
To access the meeting, please click on the following link to the Microsoft Teams invitation: Click here to join the meeting.
Part of the session will be focused on the following three questions – we would love to hear your views in response to these questions, as well as anything else related to end of life care:
· What can we achieve together and what could good community-based specialist care and support for people at the End of Life look like in Harrow?
· What is good about community-based specialist care in Harrow?
· What do we need to do to improve community-based specialist palliative care in Harrow?
